What does my child need to bring to Summer Camp?


  • Please send your child in suitable athletic wear with laced up tennis shoes

  • Hat, towel, sunglasses & sunscreen

  • Packed lunch and snacks in named lunch boxes/bags

  • Plenty of water in named bottles

  • Tennis racquet (see below for more information)

  • Signed waivers and payment, if paying by check




What is the Summer Camp cancellation policy?


Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled 14 days or more before start – 100% reimbursement, within 7-14 days – 50% reimbursement, less than 7 days – no refund. Total refund will be given if waitlist player takes a spot.

Weather cancellation refunds will be issued as follows:

One day cancellation – no refund as camps are priced at five days for the price of four. Over and above one day, refunds as follows: full day if no play possible or less than 2 hours played, 50% of day rate if 2 hours or more play has been possible.
