What does my child need to bring to Summer Camp?
Please send your child in suitable athletic wear with laced up tennis shoes
Hat, towel, sunglasses & sunscreen
Packed lunch and snacks in named lunch boxes/bags
Plenty of water in named bottles
Tennis racquet (see below for more information)
Signed waivers and payment, if paying by check
What is the Summer Camp cancellation policy?
Registrations cancelled 14 days or more before start – 100% reimbursement, within 7-14 days – 50% reimbursement, less than 7 days – no refund. Total refund will be given if waitlist player takes a spot.
Weather cancellation refunds will be issued as follows:
One day cancellation – no refund as camps are priced at five days for the price of four. Over and above one day, refunds as follows: full day if no play possible or less than 2 hours played, 50% of day rate if 2 hours or more play has been possible.
